Characteristics

The RC station is designed to reduce moisture inside cylinders by flushing with low-pressure nitrogen prior to filling operations. Cylinders can be introduced into the station without removing them from the pallet, and up to 6 cylinders can be processed simultaneously. The 6-cylinder version is equipped with a platform that allows the operator to move around safely to connect the cylinders to the system and manage the work using the control panel. The panel, equipped with a touch-screen, allows customization of all operating parameters and monitoring of the cycle, which stops automatically at the predefined humidity level. The system also allows the serial number of each cylinder processed to be entered for traceability, while process data can be exported via USB port.
