Inert gases filling station from cryogenic supply
Characteristics
Damotek's IG-CRYO systems are designed for filling and mixing argon, nitrogen and their mixing with CO2 - IG, IG100, IG55, IG541 - supplided by cryogenic gased liquified in tanks. The two filling stations can each accomodate a pallet of 9 cylinders, ensuring high productivity (18 80L cylinders in approx. 1.5 hours). The filling assistance system with reference scale and electrical panel for weight display allowa the operator to control with precision the preparation of gas mixtures inside the cylinders. Thanks to the use of cryogenic fluid pumps, IG-CRYO systems significantly reduce the fas compression costs of traditional filling systems.
